My training philosophy is to train smarter and harder (when appropriate). My favorite form of training is functional training and corrective exercises. I believe everybody should begin their fitness journey by developing optimal posture and stability. This allows our body's muscle groups to perform with their optimal tension, with full range of motion, and in a controlled manner. 

I'm a 9x certified personal trainer, corrective exercise / performance enhancement / weight loss / behavior change specialist and a virtual nutrition and flexibility coach, and I hold a certificate of completion in Santa Rosa Junior College Fitness, Health, and Nutrition.
