Postural Analysis

Daily activities, or lack of, create muscle imbalances in the body. Too much sitting without proper exercises can lead to tight hip flexors, leading to lower back pain. Too much bench press without stretching and mobility exercises can lead to rotator cuff tears or upper crossed syndrome.

Your static posture is your foundation for all movement. We look at spine curvature, as well as kinetic chain checkpoints in order to discover muscle imbalances and create a corrective program.
Dynamic Assessments

Your dynamic posture is a result of the ability of your static posture. However, sometimes imbalance will be seen during movement that is not visible during standing still. These dynamic assessments cover the 7 primary functional movements of the human body, and result in a program that optimizes movement.
Mobility Assessments

Having full range of motion is paramount to performance and strength generation. We test 7 kinetic chain checkpoints through their corresponding muscle actions to identify our final muscular imbalances. This gives us the ability to really gauge how far someone is improving in their mobility.
