We use modern scientific material to ensure we aren't wasting any time. Our time is precious, and it's best if it is utilized to its fullest extent. We study our sources and make sure that every rep, every step and every action works towards our goals and not against them.

Behavior Design

Coined by Stanford professor B.J. Fogg, Behavior design is a new approach towards changing behavior. We love teaching Fogg's methods, but also draw inspiration from books such as Atomic Habits and other material. It's best to develop behaviors that help you achieve the identity you wish for yourself. This long-term goal, combined with short-term "baby steps", will serve as a compass towards your goals, and optimize the process.

This method helps athletes and fitness enthusiasts optimize their performance by varying the intensity, volume, and type of training over time. By strategically planning workouts, individuals can achieve consistent progress and avoid plateaus, ultimately leading to greater success in their fitness journey.
