Performance Profile
The performance profile is a tool that allows athletes to use critical thinking and problem solving to overcome the challenges they face. You can receive guidance on filling out your own through the Tensegrity blog post!
Discovery Session
If the performance profile is the butter of the equation, the discovery session is the bread. Here, we introduce ourselves, and align our goals for our coach:athlete relationship moving forward. You will answer the following questionnaire, and we will develop an action plan to achieve your goals.

What about a movement screening?
